I am a graduate of one of Canada's best-known massage therapy schools - Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and hold a degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.

My treatment style is typically deep tissue in nature but I am adaptable to my patient's needs and requests.  I have experience treating an array of patient profiles from stroke survivors, individuals living with long term dis-ease, palliative care to your weekend warriors, athletes, young professionals, desk jockeys and seniors. It is my position to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all patients and individuals.  My treatment approach uses a blend of therapeutic and holistic approaches.  Oftentimes, a wicked deep-tissue (broad, but firm pressure) massage is what the body needs to escape the hustle and bustle of Toronto.

In my spare time, you can find me cycling around the city with my husband, exploring new independent coffee shops and practicing my love of calligraphy and brush lettering.  I also play in an ultimate frisbee league in the west end.

Meet Rocky and Sterling - the American Eskimo and Maine Coon. These two may greet you at the top of the stairwell upon your arrival.  They're friendly, yet shy and will come to you as they please.
